TRON Lightcycle / Run Tips

  • Scary Factor: High-speed, sharp turns, and a motorcycle-style position may be scary for some, especially young children. TRON does NOT go upside down at any point.
  • Speed: TRON reaches a top speed of 60 mph, making it one of Disney World's fastest rides.
  • Ride Duration: Approximately 2 minutes.
  • Drops: Includes two manageable drops that enhance the ride's thrill.
  • Pregnancy Advisory: Not recommended for pregnant guests due to high speed and physical ride requirements.
  • Accessibility: Traditional style seating featuring roller coaster style lap bar is available. Service animals not permitted.
  • Sensory Advisory: Features flashing, blink and strobe type lighting effects. Sharp turns, sudden drops, loud noises, and periods of darkness.
  • Plus-Size Advisory: Seats may be restrictive. A test TRON Lightcycle is available near the entrance for guests to check fit and comfort.
  • Best Age Group: Suitable for older children, teenagers, and adults who enjoy intense coasters. May be too intense for younger kids.
