Mission: SPACE is a space flight simulator. Guests can choose between Orange (more thrilling) or Green (family friendly).

Mission: SPACE Tips

  • Scary Factor: Orange Mission can be intense due to strong G-forces and the confined capsule. May feel overwhelming for those prone to motion sickness, claustrophobia, or who are sensitive to intense experiences. Green Mission is milder and more family-friendly but still involves motion simulation and small spaces.
  • Speed: Simulates acceleration and weightlessness through a centrifuge but doesn’t involve actual high-speed movement.
  • Ride Duration: Approximately 5–6 minutes, including pre-ride briefing and simulation.
  • Drops: No physical drops or steep descents; sensations of movement are simulated.
  • Pregnancy Advisory: Not recommended for pregnant guests due to strong G-forces and simulated motion.
  • Accessibility: Guests using wheelchairs or ECVs can bring them to the boarding area, with wheelchairs placed next to the ride car if needed. Boarding involves a step up into the capsule. Boarding and exiting occur at the same location.
  • Sensory Advisory: Both versions of the ride feature loud sounds, vibrations, flashing lights, and darkness, with sudden alarms that may startle. Orange version includes intense G-forces and spinning, which can trigger disorientation and nausea. The Green version has gentler motion but may still cause discomfort. Frequent tilting and side-to-side movements add to the sensory intensity.
  • Plus-Size Friendly: Confined seats with over-the-shoulder restraints may feel restrictive for larger guests. Test seats are available to assess comfort.
  • Best Age Group: Suitable for older children, teens, and adults who meet the height requirement. The Green Mission is better for younger or more sensitive riders, while the Orange Mission is ideal for thrill-seekers comfortable with intense simulations.
